No class from Christmas Day through New Year's Day.  

Until further notice:
Saturday practices will be at the new Kicking Tigers location at Oakview Mall (just outside of Younkers).

    Class Changes

    New - 
    Mon Zoom classes and Thu outdoor classes (mask & social distancing required).  Our schedule may be flexible as we adjust to the new schedule.  Please contact us for class times/locations.

    We encourage students to continue stretching exercises and individual training during this time.

    Kicking Tigers has moved 3 doors down from our previous location in
    Oakview Mall (on level 1, in the same wing as the previous Younkers - click here).
