Our friends in at Capital Aikido - Lincoln are hosting their fall seminar this weekend, from Aug 3-5, 2018. All styles & affiliations are welcome. A potluck will be held on Saturday at 6pm for families & friends. This year, a free public self-defense class will also be offered on Saturday afternoon.
There will be no class on Sat, Aug 4 so that students may attend the seminar.
