Ki Workshop & Intro to Kiatsu
Hosted by Central Aikido -On Sat, Feb 24 from 3-5pm.
Work to develop and strengthen your center, connection, and flow. End the day learning the principles and fundamental processes of kiatsu massage.
Participants in the kiatsu section should bring a simple t-shirt to wear during that portion of the class.
Fee for new participants is $2
There will be no official class that day so that students may attend the workshop. Open mat practice.
