We're back to live classes!

Join us Wed 6-8 pm and Sat 2-4 pm at the Kicking Tigers Tae Kwon Do location, Oakview Mall.

Because classes may involve aerobic exercise and/or decreased social distancing, we advise that participants be current on their Covid-19 vaccinations.

Please notify the instructor if you have any health concerns, or if special accommodations need to be made.  If you are ill or developing symptoms of illness, please stay home and recuperate.

This seminar will feature all women instructors across Aikido styles and generations, and is open to all practitioners.
Suggested donation is $25/day or $50-$75 for the full seminar.

Our class schedule has been adjusted to accommodate for the Covid-19 situation.

Mondays: Zoom classes. Dress in comfortable clothing and have plenty of space around your computer to move.

Thursdays: Outdoor classes with social distancing.  Please wear a mask to class.  Bring your own drinks, and come to class dressed out.  Public restrooms may not be accessible.

Saturdays:  No classes at this time.

Class times will likely fluctuate for awhile as we adjust to the new schedule.  Please contact Sensei if you have any questions.  Members may also check out our private Facebook group for updates or to give input.

Join our friends from Fairfield Iowa Aikido at a one day seminar in Iowa City on Sun, June 23.  The event will feature several local instructors.  No fee is required, but donations are encouraged to help the dojo cover costs.  See flyer for more information, or contact Dan Hayes Sensei.
There will be no class on Sat, June 22 in order for students to attend this event.

Aikijuku Dojo in Lenexa, KS, will be hosting Ryoichi Kinoshita Sensei (7th Dan), with other guest instructors, from Oct 12-14. Training sessions will run all day Friday & Saturday, as well as Sunday morning.

There will be no class on Sat, Oct 13 to allow students to attend this seminar.
